I came to this space with the intention of learning how to best support my community, friends, family and one day myself as I transition into motherhood. Now having experienced an understanding of how vital it is for all mothers to receive this care; I offer you Conscious Ayurvedic Postpartum Care.
I’m here to support families to feel well as they become parents for the first or fourth time. Through the skills and interests listed, I’m here to guide you on this journey.
Providing care through the lens of Ayurveda simply means your individual health is taken into consideration at each moment. It isn’t a one size fits all approach. The season in which you give birth, the state of your digestion pre and post birth, the natural state of imbalances are some of the areas witnessed to prescribe you with the best support and care Postpartum.

Here are some guidelines to your pillars of health during Postpartum;
● Rest
● Support
● Specific Food
● Warmth
● Community
There is a sacred nature to the Postpartum period that you may not be aware of. Neither was I until I began this journey. A simple understanding of this time is you’re never meant to experience it alone. If you feel you may not have the support you need, I’m here to guide you through it.
